HOMESCHOOL HELP
Being a homeschool parent means learning how to do things you thought you already knew all over again. Like actually teaching.
Shortly after beginning this journey, I realized my son is not the type of learner I am. While we both love books, he detests workbooks. And sitting still. He skipped learning how to write the alphabet in favor of drawing lions—that actually look like lions.
We are a different kind of family, and I saw that I was going to have to take a different path to support this young, brilliant mind. That realization led me to create learning resources that are tailored just for him—centered around books, play, and activities that don’t always align with national learning standards, but still honor his curiosity and developmental needs. It’s been a journey, and we’ve only just begun. But so far we’ve had a blast!
With this being stated, in my heart I know I can’t be the only parent who could use a little homeschooling help. And because finding quality resources for children like mine can be such a challenge, I’d like to share what I’ve created with you.
